Terms & Conditions

These are the terms for renting a vehicle from us. By booking, you agree to them.

Who can rent

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You need a valid driver's licence for the vehicle you are booking.
• For motorcycles, a licence with the right restriction code is required.

Deposit and payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The balance is settled at pick-up unless we agree otherwise. Deposits are refunded after the vehicle is returned in good order.

Fuel

Vehicles go out with a set fuel level and should come back at the same level. If not, we charge for the difference plus a small refuelling fee.

Damage and insurance

You are responsible for the vehicle while it is with you. Please report any damage, loss or accident to us straight away. Fines and violations during your rental are yours to settle.

Cancellation

Plans change, we understand. Let us know as early as you can. Cancellation terms and any deposit handling are confirmed when you book.

Returning late

If you need more time, message us before your return time and we will sort it out if the vehicle is free. Late returns without notice may be charged an extra day.
